Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using X1 Voice ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. Service Description
X1 Voice provides an AI-powered phone agent for restaurants that answers calls, takes orders, handles questions, processes payments, and integrates with POS systems. The Service includes a web dashboard, API access, phone number provisioning, and SMS capabilities.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for: maintaining the security of your account credentials, all activity under your account, the accuracy of your menu and restaurant information, compliance with applicable food service regulations, and informing callers that they may be interacting with an AI system where required by law.
4. Billing and Payment
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Overage charges for minutes exceeding your plan allocation are billed at the end of each billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal purpose, transmit malicious content through the Service, attempt to access other tenants' data, reverse-engineer the AI system, or use the Service to make automated calls for marketing or spam purposes.
6. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime for Enterprise plans. Standard plans are provided on a commercially reasonable effort basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party providers (Twilio, ElevenLabs, AWS, Stripe).
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your phone number will be released and data retained for 30 days before deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
