A minute is one minute of AI phone conversation with a caller. Only active call time counts — hold time, transfers, and voicemail do not. Unused minutes do not roll over.

What happens if I go over my included minutes?

You are charged the per-minute overage rate for your plan ($0.30-$0.35/min). There are no surprise charges — you can monitor usage in your dashboard and upgrade your plan at any time.

Can I change plans or cancel?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing dashboard. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Cancel anytime — no contracts, no cancellation fees.
