Is there a setup fee?

Not on Pay Per Order, Starter or Professional. You pay the listed per-order or monthly (or discounted annual) price and nothing else to get started. Enterprise is scoped to your rollout, so its setup fee is quoted case by case, talk to us and we'll put a number on it.

Do you require a contract?

No long-term contract on Pay Per Order, Starter or Professional, and you can cancel anytime. Enterprise plans are custom, so contract terms there are negotiable based on your rollout.

What's actually different between the plans?

Only how you pay. Starter and Professional differ by the number of minutes included each month and the per-minute rate once you go past them; Pay Per Order has no monthly fee and instead bills $1.50 per completed AI order, with minutes never billed. Every feature, 24/7 answering, order-taking with POS sync, phone payments, SMS status updates, multilingual answering, menu training, and the analytics dashboard, is included on every plan, Pay Per Order through Enterprise.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can move between Pay Per Order, Starter and Professional as your call volume changes. Switching between Starter and Professional is prorated within your current billing period; moving to or from Pay Per Order closes your current billing period and starts the new plan right away. Multi-location groups that outgrow Professional can move to a custom Enterprise plan whenever it makes sense.

What happens if I go over my included minutes?

Included minutes run from 750 on Starter to 2,500 on Professional. Once you pass them, extra minutes are billed at your plan's per-minute rate, $0.35 on Starter and $0.33 on Professional, so a heavier plan lowers your overage rate. On Pay Per Order minutes are never billed at all: you pay $1.50 per completed AI order and nothing else. Enterprise minutes and rates are custom, talk to us. If you're consistently running over, we'll help you move to a plan sized for your call volume.

Question 6

What counts as a billable order on Pay Per Order?

An order counts once the AI places it and it reaches your kitchen, that is, once its status moves beyond awaiting payment. Orders cancelled or failed within 30 minutes are not billed. Minutes are never billed on this plan.

Question 7

Do you offer a discount for paying annually?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Annual billing is twelve months for the price of ten on Starter and Professional, so you save about 17%. Toggle the pricing table above to compare. Pay Per Order has no monthly fee to discount and is billed monthly only.

Can I get a feature that isn't on the list?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. Extra features outside the shared feature set are quoted individually rather than bundled into a tier, so tell us what you need and we'll tell you whether we can build it and what it costs.
