X1 Voice ("we", "our", "us") operates the x1voice.com website and the X1 Voice AI phone ordering platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our services.
2. Information We Collect
Account information: Name, email address, restaurant name, and billing information when you create an account.
Call data: Phone numbers of callers, call recordings (with configurable retention), transcripts, and order details processed through our AI phone agent.
Usage data: Analytics about how you use our dashboard, API calls, and feature usage.
Payment data: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
3. Data Isolation
X1 Voice uses a multi-tenant architecture with complete data isolation. Each restaurant's data is separated at the database level. No restaurant can access another restaurant's data, call recordings, customer information, or order history.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and operate the AI phone ordering service, process orders and payments, send SMS notifications to your customers, generate analytics and reports, improve our AI models and service quality, and communicate with you about your account.
5. Data Retention
Call recordings are retained according to your plan (30 days for Starter, 90 days for Professional, 1 year for Business, custom for Enterprise). You can request deletion of your data at any time.

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:
- Twilio — telephony and SMS
- ElevenLabs — conversational AI voice
- Stripe — payment processing
- AWS — cloud infrastructure and storage
